What is life worth if one is in constant pain?
What is life worth if one has never seen a light of day?
What is life worth if one can’t feed their child?
What is life worth if one can’t live peacefully?
I live a sad life
For I watch my people die
Everyday one by one
They are voiceless and powerless
They lack basic human rights
They stand for right
Yet only wrong is done to them
May Allah help my people
The people of the Ogaden region
For they have suffered enough
